Life Reset Box
Tools and Resources

Welcome to your Life Reset Box digital resources

To keep things simple, you can download everything at once as a .zip file or pick and choose the resources you need below.

Each tool is designed to support your reset, helping you gain clarity, focus, and the momentum to create a more fulfilling life from the inside out.

We’ve suggested a 12-week journey to give you structure, but it’s only a guide. If you need longer, take it. If you move faster, that’s fine too.

What matters most is setting yourself a timeframe, mark it in your calendar so you stay accountable and keep moving forward.

We recommend that you:

1. Start with the Life Assessment to see where you’re thriving and where change is needed.
2. Set your 3-month goals
3. Schedule a 3-month check-in to reflect on what’s working and what needs adjusting.

Your journal will be an invaluable tool to capture these insights and remind you just how far you’ve come, whether it’s 12 months, 3 years, or even 5 years from now.

Use the products in your box and your Life Reset Guide for prompts and rituals you can return to again and again.

And if it all feels overwhelming, pause for a moment: brew a cup of tea, put on one of the Spotify playlists, take a deep breath, and reset.

The roadmap is here for guidance, but the journey is yours to shape.

Be kind to yourself, stay honest with your reflections, and remember that this is a no-judgement space. What you write and do is for you alone, unless you choose to share it.

Live well,
Rosa x
