Hi, I'm Rosa

Founder, Wellness Seeker, Champagne & Coffee Lover.

A few years ago I hit my limit.

Life looked "fine" from the outside, but on the inside? I was drained, stuck and disconnected from myself, from my joy and from what actually mattered.

I didn't need another expensive retreat. I needed a way to step back and see the whole picture. To understand what was nourishing me, what was draining me and where to focus next.

That's when The WellTrix was born.

With a framework at its core to gently guide you through all 7 areas of your life. Not to fix everything at once, but to create steady, meaningful shifts where you need them most.

Now I'm passionate about helping other women do the same. To reclaim their energy, rediscover their joy and rebuild from a place of alignment.
